How do you ensure my baked goods stay fresh during shipping?
All orders are baked to order and immediately flash-frozen or vacuum-sealed before being packed in insulated thermal liners with cold packs to preserve moisture and flavor.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated 'Specialty' section on our menu featuring a variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan cookies and cakes. Please note that while we take precautions, our kitchen handles wheat and dairy.
When will my order be shipped?
To ensure your treats don't sit in a shipping warehouse over the weekend, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday via overnight or 2-day priority mail.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date or event?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a future delivery date. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to account for any carrier delays.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my treats once they arrive?
Each order includes a care card. Generally, we recommend enjoying your treats immediately or storing them in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, or freezing them for up to 3 months.
